This is a modern piano dating from the 1990s or so but the casework has been built to look older and more like a traditional antique upright piano. The benefit of this is you get a traditional looking instrument, but the reliability of a very well built modern upright piano

Fazer pianos are extremely well built and very popular with piano teachers and recording studios. The tone and action feels and sounds like a larger and more expensive piano. In particular, the bass is very impressive for a smaller instrument
